Synergy Rail secured a position on the NR CP6 management consultancy as part of a consortium alongside Alchemmy Consulting and i3Works. Synergy Rail's railway technical and operational expertise enhanced the consortium's capability in responding to tenders and delivering allocated commissions. This included projects related to Business Intelligence and Business Transformation involving structured continuous improvement (LEAN), business change assurance, data governance, quality management, and risk management.

Activities & Deliverables

The Consortium has been contracted to provide services for:

  • Production of the Assurance Strategy for train development and acceptance
  • Production of the Interface Specifications with the LU Infrastructure
  • Engaged with Siemens Mobility Rolling Stock for specialist Project and Programme Management or Engineering resources
  • Liaised with the Major Programmes team responsible for new UK rolling stock contracts from sales handover through warranty and handover into service
  • Adhered to Siemens project management methodology and delivered specific requirements aligned with Siemens' commitments to customers
