Network Rail engaged Synergy Rail to produce the Safety Justification Report (SJR) for LINX Layered Information Exchange. The scope of the SJR included assessing the safety implications of integrating LINX with existing and future TM solutions within the Rail Operating Centres (ROCs) across Britain. Synergy Rail team conducted a thorough analysis of LINX's functionality, its compatibility with NR's systems, and its ability to facilitate communication between different TM solutions. Additionally, the SJR evaluated the safety measures implemented within LINX to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Through comprehensive testing and risk assessment, Synergy Rail provided recommendations for enhancing the safety and reliability of LINX for use in railway operations.
